Emergency Shelter and 1-2-3- Home program This program provides both emergency shelter and a supervised program to help homeless individuals move into permanent stable housing. While in the program, the case manager assists the clients with focuses on Work, budgeting, saving, and other barriers to stable housing

White Flag inclement weather program. The white Flag program is intended to provide immediate emergency shelter for the unhoused or precariously housed during times of inclement weather or other conditions that would make sleeping outside dangerous.

Rapid rehousing This program offers homeless individuals and family assistance with move in costs, rental assistance, utility assistance, and case management. This is a Short-term intensive program that is intended for clients to be self sufficient within six months.

Community Outreach and Assistance. The staff at our shelter provide assistance to the homeless and imminently homeless by providing clothing, food, referral services. Our Daily rest also serves an access point for the Consolidate entry system under the Upstate COC in an effort to house unsheltered people and provide access to other agencies in the upstate.

Housing Stability program. This program aims to provide stability to tenants Property managers, and utility providers by providing temporary rental and utility assistance. The assistance is primarily focused on those households affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic

Rebuilding Oconee,  Owner-Occupied emergency Repair program. This program offers low interest, forgivable loans to homeowners in Oconee county to repair conditions that threaten the stability of the homeowner living in the house such as HVAC and roof repair.
